        Division 2: New DLC “Battle for Brooklyn” brought you back to New York starting May 27, 2025

        There is no new DLC for Division 2 for the last 5 years. But that will change. Lately this year, in season 7, a new DLC called “Battle for Brooklyn” will be released. This DLC takes you back to where everything starts.

        Back to Brooklyn – New Chapter Begins

        Division 2 was originally launched in 2019, and the last expansion for this game was DLC “Warlords of New York” in March 2020. While the game has received new content every year during the season, this year the developers want to bring more players back. That is why this season will also introduce the new DLC, “Battle of Brooklyn.”

        Battle of Brooklyn takes you back to New York, the starting point of the story. You will explore the environment of Brooklyn Heights and Dumbo once more. You will see the location of the division and a completely new area. This DLC was originally planned to be released last year but was postponed indefinitely. However, now, we finally have a release date.

        Battle of Brooklyn will be released with the new season on May 27, 2025. As mentioned above, you will travel to Brooklyn Heights and Dumbo at DLC. This area has been taken over by Cleaners and Rikers. You can expect a linear story line that you can play solo or co-op with up to 4 players. The purpose of DLC is to uncover the mystery of “purple fire.”

        DLC will bring many new missions, but that’s not all. You will also get new capabilities, including Smart Cover, which we know from the division. This ability to strengthen your cover, provides offensive and defensive fans. In addition, the exotic mask of the catalyst will be available as an exclusive item, increasing damage to the status effect and reducing vulnerability to status effects.
